Joe Collier, a Marriott Hotels veteran, founded the Mainsail Development Group, Inc. in 1999 and opened the Mainsail Suites Hotel and Conference Center, Tampa Bay’s premier meeting and hotel complex.  The company also owns and operates Marriott ExecuStay franchises in Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas. 

Mainsail Development Group, LLC has rapidly grown into a diversified real estate development company.  Building long term partnerships with investors, partners, and associates, successful shopping centers, office buildings and hotel/resort projects are developed to the highest level.
